Songbird Marketing & Public Relations was founded by Elyse Maxwell after a more than decade long career in agency public relations, non-profit marketing, public affairs and government communications.

Elyse’s unique outlook on marketing and public relations stems from a unique combination of education including a bachelors degree in Journalism/Public Relations from the University of Oklahoma, a masters degree in Corporate Communications/Public Relations from Georgetown University and most recently, a certification in Strategic Digital Marketing from Yale University.

Marketing, public relations and communications are not a one size fits all. The Songbird philosophy is to work as honest counsel for clients while collaborating to determine the best strategy for your organization.
